INTRODUCTION
For the design process in this project, we considered a few different aspects such as context, industry in Finland, culture and arts scene, world music industry, partnership and relationship with collaborators, and design trends in music and arts. 
Keywords: Identity, music, international, inclusion, diversity, collaboration, radio, meetings, record, performance, newcomers, networking, community. This visual identity aims to be simple and playful, with movement and balance to be independent and bold but also to match with Caisa and Helsinki city brands.
The visual identity created for Global Club Nights had to be aligned with Caisa's visual identity. Due to the close collaboration of both dependencies, the shapes, colors, and composition of the identity of GCN should be somehow compatible with its parent institution.

The current visual identity of Caisa was taken into account when designing our new visuals.

SKETCHES: HAND DRAWINGS
We explored a few concepts inspired by music elements, global music instruments, and artists.
The team selected a concept that could be the most clean and simplistic of all, to develop further.
