Artwork made to celebrate and promote Capoeira Angola for children and families in Finland and Brazil for Tambor Vivo association in Helsinki.
Tambor Vivo organizes many different cultural activities like capoeira, samba de roda, forró, tambor de crioula and more. They work to promote afro-brazilian culture aiming to impact on social integration specially with refugees and migrants to the finnish community. Tambor Vivo is lead by Contra Mestre Bom Cabelo and Marjaana Markkanen in Helsinki.

In the illustration, The fisherman is bringing the fish (which also represents a berimbau) to the circle (Roda de capoeira) where the kids can play and learn from capoeira, music and afro-brazilian heritage. The water and salmon fish represents life and finnish nature.
